Delusions of Grandeur A.K.A. DOG

We are always on the lookout for mature, high-quality players, that always want to find ways to improve themselves as we strive to push harder and harder content.

Who is DOG:

The guild was reformed after some of the original members from BC took a hiatus from the game back in Mists. Upon returning to the game, we decided to rebuild in Shadowlands. In that time, we achieved AOTC for each patch and cleared each Fated heroic raid. We are proud of what we have been able to achieve given our low numbers, and as we continue to grow, we will continue to push into harder content.

We are relatively laid back and have a good time, but we know when we need to focus up to achieve a goal. We are looking for raiders of a similar mindset that can take criticism as well as look for ways to improve.

Raiding:

We raid 2x per week, server time:

Friday - 5:00 - 8:00 (CST) (6:00-9:00 EST)

Saturday - 5:00 - 8:00 (CST) (6:00-9:00 EST)

We don't take scheduled breaks, and everyone knows what they need to be ready to go. We don't have any donation requirements and we always have cauldrons and feasts. If you are in a pinch for other consumables, we got you for that too. Our raid leader is a CE raider who just asks that you know your job, you do what you're told and listen when you need to. Basically "Just play the game right."

Mythic +

We regularly run mythic plus all week long, we have multiple people who like to push higher keys and want portals or just really high IO, some that just want a weekly vault and some that just like to goof off and play with friends and not fret about the timer. I'm sure we could find someone who is a good fit for you and the type of M+ you prefer.

Recruitment:

We are greatly looking to increase our numbers as well as our class diversity so we can hit the ground hard come Dragonflight. We are always looking for DPS, we currently have a strong need for a Mage and a Druid. However, anyone will be considered.

Our main requirements are you listen to the raid leader, listen to criticism and don't take anything too serious. Discord is a MUST if you prefer not to talk that is fine but understand that some mechanics may require you to call something out and you need to have that ability. For instance, you need a backup for spinning the wheel on Fatescribe that is something you need to be able to say and not expect typing it to be sufficient.
